COUNSELLING

The Ufunuo Elim Mishomoroni Academy Counselling Department aims to work with students, teachers, parents and administrators to facilitate positive growth and change in the personal, social, developmental, emotional, and academic functioning of students. The goal is to help each student develop his/her God-given gifts for Christ-like service in the world community by addressing their emotional, behavioural and spiritual needs.

Child Safety & Protection

The School  believes that the safety of the children in school is a priority.

We work to train both staff members, parents and students on our child safety policies and ways in which we can help keep our students safe. Additionally, we have a policy that guides the counseling department and administration in managing situations that might arise.

Spiritual Development

One of the core values at Ufunuo Elim Mishomoroni Academy is Christ-likeness, imitating Jesus Christ in all that we do and say as individuals and as a school.

We  values the spiritual development of each student and provides opportunities for students to grow in their knowledge and understanding of who God is. This is done through an integrated Christian Religious Education (CRE) curriculum at each level, weekly chapel services and morning devotions and prayer at the beginning of each day.
